1: First Class Shipping option is not covered for a reship if its been lost or stolen, there is no way we prove if the package has been delivered or not, so depending on the size of your order please be mindful if you wouldn't mind loosing the amount you spent on it if id did in fact not turn up.
2: Special delivery is always guaranteed a reship if its a no show, 100% of the time, this is because we can track it and see if its been delivered or not.
